Kids Initiative is a campaign created by Safe Hands, a Dubai based first aid training company which focuses on family safeguarding and protection. Kids Initiative was created out of a need for parents and caregivers to have basic life saving skills in the event of an emergency and to help expatriates with the knowledge to help safeguard their families should the unthinkable happen.

Our team of registered nurses deliver an interactive workshop focused on basic first aid skills such as CPR to ensure that you have the knowledge and skills needed in the event of an emergency.

Safeguarding your family is the most important thing you can do
In Case of Emergency
Kids Initiative also offer family safeguarding information to help ensure your family is protected in the event of an emergency or the unthinkable happening.
We can support you in drawing up your free ICE plan (In Case of Emergency) so the correct procedures are followed and those looking after your children know who to contact in an emergency.
The template we use has been approved by the Dubai Courts and is intended to be used as a letter of wishes as a plan to avoid the next steps of legal or police intervention.

We will also put you in touch with our team at Finsbury Associates, who can refer you to the right legal professionals to draft legally binding wills and guardianship agreements, giving you the peace of mind that your family members are protected.

Certified First Aid Training Courses
Safe Hands also conduct certified first aid training courses which are accredited by the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services. Courses are valid for 2 years and take 5- hours. They can be conducted at your offices or individual place of choice. They are also available on shared courses.
